How to Remember the Future is an interactive experience that cross-trains the imagination using a fusion of creative stimulation and cognitive science, helping you cultivate presence, peacefulness and personal power.

This collaboration with Estudio Laterna invites us to explore the sacred, delving into slow perception and our relationship with the natural world through Beyond Form’s convergence of painting, clay and botanical sculpture.

Appreciating art as a way of being, participants learn to create a multi-sensory "theatre of the future" inside their minds, pairing nervous system regulation with creative visualisation.

How to Remember the Future employs a mix of gentle somatic practices, meditative techniques, and learnings from cognitive neuroscience.

It’s simple to practice (no experience required), and will leave you feeling relaxed, inspired, and with an array of powerful tools that you can continue to practice.
